At Pavi's Lab 💖, we take great care in packaging and delivering every order. If you receive a damaged product, we're here to make it right ✨

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening (unboxing) your package.

This video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before it is opened
  • The unboxing process from start to finish without any cuts or pauses
  • The condition of the product as received

Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted. This protects both you and us 🤍

✅ When Replacement is Applicable

We will process a replacement if the unboxing video clearly shows:

  • Product arrived damaged or broken
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is missing from the package
  • Product has a visible manufacturing defect
⏰ Time Limit

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot process requests raised after this window, so please check your package immediately upon delivery.

📩 How to Request a Replacement

Send us the following on WhatsApp or email:

  • Your Order ID
  • The unboxing video showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacements will not be accepted in these cases:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Video is edited, cut, or paused during unboxing
  • Request raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Minor color differences due to screen variations
  • Custom / personalized products where design was approved before production
🔄 Replacement Process

Once your request is approved after reviewing the video, we will:

  • Confirm the replacement and prepare the item
  • Dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days
  • Keep you updated at every step via WhatsApp or email
